I submitted revised report same day as our phone conversation that answered any and all possible concerns the insurance company had regarding your claim, my job as an independent adjuster is to adjust loss based on policy guidelines and present to carrier for their consideration.  Regarding settlement and payment of the claim that is handled by the carrier and they will settle the claim with you directly, unfortunately I have no information on timetable or schedule to reach final settlement of your claim.  I hope that it is concluded as quickly as possible so you can re-build your garage.  Thanks for your patience with the process.  PO
