Hi Mr.Apostol,
Thank you for asking about my husband. He is still in the hospital.
I have requested a check for your contents. The estimated loss is $55998.22 to your contents. Your policy limit under Coverage C is $54,800. I have requested a payment for you in the amount of $41,998.66 You have $12,801.34 recoverable depreciation. Once you have replaced the fire damaged items that total up to $54,800, please send receipts that total to $54,800 and we will send back to you the $12,801.34 depreciation.
I need the information as to where you purchase the generator, the receipt and manufacture information as I need to subrogate against them, in order to get our money back, also if you can provide me with your contractors estimate to replace your garage, I will be happy to include this with our estimate and request for re-imbursement. We will need the generator so please store it until I can have some one come out and pick it up. Please do not let anyone touch it.
If you have any questions, please e-mail me or call me.
Thank you,
Clorinda

Subject: personal property
claim
Good morning,
I sincerely hope your husband’s hospital stay has been successful.
Please advise where you are on the personal property claim settlement. I would really like this matter over by next week so I have time to adequately organize tax losses etc. Can we count on this for next week sometime?
Thanks
