New #30 weight approved felt paper rolls were rolled out with an overhang of 19" on first row and 6" on each subsequent row |

Tin Tab Application |
Approved 1 5/8" Tin Tabs are affixed using 1 1/2" roofing nails applied by a pneumatic roofing nail gun. Each Tab is placed 1 foot from the next in rows 1 foot apart. |

Approved roofing cement is applied where felt is interrupted |

Roof Screws |
The screws are 1 1/2" long with a special neopreme washer. They are pre painted to match the roof panel colors. If the metal panels are being mounted over an existing asphalt shingled surface, the screws are 2" long |

Metal Sheet Mounting |
Each panel measures 43" wide and is mounted over the adjoining one. Actual surface coverage for each panel is 36" |

|
|
|
Final Inspection |
Once all the metal sheets are mounted and properly fastened, the County Building Inspector examines the completed work and approves the work and the Permit is finalized |
