TREE REMOVAL - Actual Costs incurred
$1,819
- Seventeen large Pine trees were blown
down of which two impacted a structure, one is lodged against another tree
and threatens an outbuilding and fencing if it should fall further. Three
trees fell against utility lines and were removed.
- At least twenty more trees should be
removed to preclude their potential to damage the main structure in any
further windstorms. A preliminary estimate for this work suggests a cost of
$6,500.
- The tree resting on the house roof was
removed ($450) as well as those lodged against utility lines
- A chain saw was purchased to remove
the remaining trees ($569) and day laborers were contracted to move the
resulting debris ($800)
